The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a good sign, but don’t assume you’ll walk in to fluent English-speaking staff waiting for you. Reality is probably closer to “enough English to get through an appointment, especially if you prepare.” Bring a note with your symptoms written out, use Google Translate for anything complicated, and you’ll likely be fine. Nerima isn’t central Tokyo, so if you’re coming from Shibuya or Shinjuku, factor in the commute.
