It’s a standard neighborhood dental practice — cleanings, fillings, the usual — serving a mostly local Japanese clientele. The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign, but that doesn’t guarantee smooth communication when you’re actually sitting in the chair. Chofu isn’t a major expat hub, so don’t walk in expecting bilingual front desk staff. Come prepared with a translation app and notes about your dental history in Japanese if you can manage it.
