This is the health center for Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, located on the Fuchu Campus in western Tokyo. It’s a university clinic — meaning it primarily exists to serve enrolled students and staff, not walk-in patients from the general public. If you’re not affiliated with TUAT, this probably isn’t your stop.
