TOKYO MEDISITE CLINIC

The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign, but whether that translates to fluent English at reception or with the doctor is genuinely unclear. Don’t assume you’ll have a smooth English-language conversation from start to finish. Come prepared with a translation app, written notes about your symptoms, and your health insurance card. If you can call ahead or email in Japanese to confirm English availability on a given day, do it.
Location-wise, it’s walkable from Shibuya Station but not directly in front of it — budget a 10-minute walk or a short bus ride. Shibuya is well-connected, so getting here isn’t hard. It’s a practical, neighborhood-style clinic rather than an international medical center.

Patient feedback is limited in English, which itself tells you something — this clinic isn’t heavily trafficked by expats yet. Those who have visited describe it as a straightforward neighborhood clinic: functional, not flashy. Wait times appear reasonable for a Shibuya-area practice. Doctors seem thorough on standard internal medicine issues. Don’t expect a lot of hand-holding on the English front, but the care quality itself doesn’t appear to be a complaint.
