This is the medical office (imus-hitsu) inside Sunshine Villa, a special nursing home for elderly residents in Fussa, western Tokyo — run by the social welfare organization Fukuyokai. It’s not a walk-in clinic. The facility primarily serves its own residents, so if you’re an expat looking for a general internal medicine appointment off the street, this probably isn’t your first stop.

That said, Fussa is a city with a significant foreign population due to Yokota Air Base nearby, so there may be some familiarity with non-Japanese patients. The website has some English content, but that doesn’t mean the medical staff or reception are fluent. Expect Japanese-language intake forms and consultations. Bring a translation app or a Japanese-speaking friend if you go.
