Tokizaki Shika is a general dental clinic in Chofu, a quieter residential pocket of western Tokyo that’s well off the tourist trail but genuinely livable for expats in that area. The clinic handles standard dental work — checkups, cleanings, cavities, the usual — and their website has some English-language content, which is a decent signal that they’re at least aware foreign patients exist.

That said, “English on the website” doesn’t automatically mean smooth English conversations at the front desk. The honest read here is: probably functional for simple appointments, but you’ll want to have your dental vocabulary ready or bring a translation app as backup. If your Japanese is zero and your dental situation is complicated, call ahead before showing up.

Chofu is reachable via the Keio Line, so commuting from central Tokyo is doable but takes a bit of effort. This is a neighborhood clinic — not a big expat-facing practice — so expect a more local, low-key atmosphere rather than a polished international experience.
