Todoroki Kids Clinic is a pediatric practice sitting on the third floor of the Primrose Morita building in Todoroki, one of Setagaya’s quieter residential pockets. It’s a neighborhood clinic built for local families, covering the usual pediatric range — checkups, vaccinations, fevers, rashes, the works.

The website has some English content, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume you’ll walk in and have a fully bilingual consultation. English support likely exists at a basic level, but this hasn’t been independently confirmed for full clinical conversations. A translation app or bilingual companion would be smart backup.

That said, the Todoroki area has a small but real expat community, and a clinic that’s bothered to put English on its site is at least aware that non-Japanese speakers exist. For routine pediatric visits — vaccinations on the Japanese schedule, sick-child appointments — it’s worth a call or message to test the waters before you need it in a panic.
