Taki Clinic is a neighborhood internal medicine practice tucked into Kudanminami, a quiet residential-commercial pocket of Chiyoda that most tourists never see but plenty of long-term expats call home. It handles the bread-and-butter stuff — colds, checkups, chronic condition management, referrals when something bigger is going on.

The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume that means a fluent English-speaking doctor or front desk staff is waiting for you. Reality is probably somewhere in the middle: enough written English to navigate the basics, some staff who can manage simple exchanges, and a translation app doing the heavy lifting for anything complicated.

This is a local clinic serving local people. If you want a full English-speaking expat clinic experience, you’re in the wrong place. If you’re comfortable with a bit of language friction and just need a solid GP-style doctor close to home in Chiyoda, Taki could work fine.
