On the English front, there’s some English content on their website, which is a decent sign — it suggests they’re at least aware foreign patients exist. But “aware” and “fluent” are different things. Full English consultation isn’t confirmed, so if your Japanese is minimal, bring a translation app and write down your child’s symptoms beforehand. Don’t assume you’ll be walked through everything in English.

It’s a local clinic, not an international one. The upside: shorter waits, a doctor who knows the neighborhood kids, and prices that work within the Japanese health insurance system. If you’re based in Toyosu or Koto Ward, this is worth knowing about.
