Takami Clinic

Takami Clinic is a neighborhood internal medicine clinic in Nerima-ku, tucked into a residential stretch of Nerima 4-chome. It handles the everyday stuff — colds, chronic conditions, checkups, referrals when something bigger is going on. The clinic has some English content on its website, which suggests at least some awareness of non-Japanese patients, but don’t walk in expecting a fully bilingual experience. Reception and consultation are almost certainly in Japanese. If your Japanese is limited, bring a translation app or a Japanese-speaking friend. That said, Nerima isn’t a foreigner-heavy area, so this clinic isn’t set up like an international clinic in Minato or Shinjuku. It’s a local doctor’s office serving local people. Good for expats who have some Japanese ability or a support system, less ideal if you need everything explained in English from scratch.
