For English speakers, the situation is workable. Staff have conversational English ability, so you won’t be completely stranded at reception or trying to mime where it hurts. Don’t expect full bilingual consultations, but basic communication about symptoms, treatment plans, and follow-up should get through. Bringing a written summary of your symptoms in Japanese never hurts and tends to speed things up.

The clinic is compact, which means shorter waits than a big hospital orthopedics department but also limited on-site imaging compared to larger facilities. If you’ve got a nagging shoulder, a bad knee, or lower back pain that won’t quit, this is a reasonable first stop in central Tokyo.
