Seiwa Clinic is a general internal medicine clinic in Hino City, western Tokyo — not central, but part of a residential area where plenty of long-term expats actually live. Run under the Momomi-kai medical corporation, it handles the everyday stuff: checkups, chronic disease management, colds that won’t quit, and general adult health concerns.

The website has some English-facing content, which is a decent sign — it suggests they’ve thought about non-Japanese patients at least a little. But “some English online” doesn’t always mean smooth English communication in person. Realistically, you’d want to call ahead or bring a Japanese-speaking friend if your Japanese is minimal. A translation app will get you through most of it if you’re flexible.

This isn’t a foreigner-specialist clinic. It’s a neighborhood doctor’s office that probably handles expats on a case-by-case basis. If you’re in the Hino area and need a solid, local internal medicine option without trekking into Shinjuku, it’s worth knowing about.
