That location alone tells you something: this is a well-established practice serving a neighborhood with a solid expat community, not a hidden side-street clinic you’d stumble past.

The clinic handles standard dental care — cleanings, fillings, crowns, the usual — and the website has some English-language content, which is a decent sign. But “English on the website” and “English at the front desk” aren’t the same thing. The real situation is unclear, so go in expecting Japanese-first service and treat any English capability as a bonus.

If you’re living in Setagaya, Denenchofu, or anywhere along the Den-en-toshi Line, this is a convenient option. Futako-Tamagawa Station is right there. Just have your symptoms written down in Japanese before you show up — it’ll save everyone time.
