It’s a full-service internal medicine center attached to the broader Sanno Hospital network — so if something turns up that needs more than a GP visit, you’re already in the right system.

The website has some English content, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume you’ll be handed off to a fluent English-speaking doctor automatically. Reception may have basic English ability, and the clinic does appear to cater to international patients to some degree — it’s Akasaka, after all — but bring a translation app just in case.

This is a private medical facility, so expect smoother logistics than a big public hospital: less chaos, shorter waits, more attentive service. Good for checkups, ongoing health management, or getting something properly diagnosed without fighting through a bureaucratic maze.
