Sakuranbo Children’s Clinic (さくらんぼこどもクリニック) is a pediatric clinic in Fuchū, western Tokyo, sitting on the ground floor of the Southern Reijens building in Minami-chō. It covers the standard range of kids’ health needs — colds, fevers, vaccinations, developmental concerns — typical of a neighborhood pediatric practice.

The website has some English-language content, which is a good sign, but it doesn’t mean you’ll walk in and find a fluent English-speaking doctor waiting. The reality is probably somewhere in the middle: basic communication may be possible, but don’t expect a fully bilingual consultation without some preparation. Bring a translation app, write down symptoms in advance, and have your insurance card and mother-child health handbook (母子手帳) ready.

Fuchū isn’t central Tokyo, so this clinic is most relevant if you’re living in the Tama area. If you’re commuting from central wards just to try this clinic, there are likely more convenient options. But for expat families already in the Fuchū area, it’s a practical local option worth knowing about.
