Oyake Ganka is an ophthalmology clinic on the third floor of the Foris building in Fuchu, a quiet residential city in western Tokyo. The website has some English-language content, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume that means fluent English-speaking staff are waiting at reception. The reality is probably closer to basic communication plus gestures, a translation app, and some goodwill on both sides.
