Oosawa Clinic is a neighborhood internal medicine clinic in Adachi Ward, sitting in the quieter residential stretch of Chuo-Honcho — not exactly central Tokyo, but a real local option if you live or work on the east side of the city. Run under the medical corporation Shunoukai, it handles the everyday stuff: checkups, chronic condition management, general adult health concerns.

The website has some English content, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume you’ll walk in and have a fluent English conversation. This is a local Japanese clinic first. If your Japanese is minimal, bring a translation app or a bilingual friend, especially for anything beyond a basic appointment. That said, clinics that bother putting any English online are usually at least somewhat foreigner-aware. Worth a call ahead if you’re unsure.
