Olimpia Clinic is an ophthalmology practice tucked into the ground floor of the iconic Coop Olympia building in Omotesando — that big curved 1960s apartment complex near Harajuku Station. It’s a dedicated eye clinic, so you’re not competing with general medicine patients in the waiting room. They handle the usual range: eye exams, glasses and contact prescriptions, dry eye, and more involved conditions.

The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume a fully bilingual experience. Reception staff may have limited English, and the doctors’ English ability is unconfirmed. If your Japanese is minimal, bring a translation app or a Japanese-speaking friend for anything beyond a basic check-up. The location itself is very foreigner-accessible — Omotesando and Harajuku are well-navigated areas with good English signage throughout the neighborhood.

Good option if you need eye care in central Tokyo and happen to be in the Shibuya/Omotesando area. Not a guaranteed English-friendly clinic, but the location makes it one of the more accessible ophthalmology options in the area.
