The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign, but that doesn’t guarantee you’ll get a smooth English consultation when you walk in. Realistically, this is a neighborhood clinic serving a Japanese-speaking community. If your Japanese is limited, bring a translation app or a bilingual friend. That said, internal medicine clinics like this are often more expat-navigable than specialists, since a lot of the visit is physical exam and bloodwork — less verbal back-and-forth. Nearest access is Monzen-Nakacho Station, which puts it on the Tōzai and Ōedo lines.
