Nishida Shikaiin is a neighborhood dental clinic tucked into the basement level of the Première Shinozaki building in Edogawa’s Shinozaki area — about as local as it gets in Tokyo. This is a community practice serving regular Edogawa residents, not a clinic built around international patients. They have some English content on their website, which is a decent sign, but don’t expect a fully bilingual front desk or English-language intake forms waiting for you. If your Japanese is minimal, bring a translation app and write down your symptoms beforehand. The Shinozaki area sits on the Toei Shinjuku Line, which makes it reasonably accessible but not a central Tokyo hub. Go here if you live or work nearby and need solid, no-frills dental care — cleanings, checkups, standard procedures. Not the place to seek out if English support is a dealbreaker and you have options elsewhere.
