Nezu Clinic

Nezu Clinic (officially ダイナメディカル根津クリニック) is a general internal medicine practice sitting on the ground floor of a residential building in Bunkyo’s Nezu neighborhood — one of Tokyo’s quieter, more old-school areas. It handles the everyday stuff: colds, checkups, chronic disease management, referrals.

The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume you’ll walk in and have a fluent English conversation at the desk. Reality is probably somewhere between “basic English possible” and “bring your phone translator just in case.” Nezu is a residential area with relatively few expats, so this isn’t a clinic built around international patients the way some Minato clinics are.

Good fit for expats living in Bunkyo, Yanaka, or nearby Ueno-ish neighborhoods who need a local GP-style clinic rather than a trek to central Tokyo. If your Japanese is workable or you’re comfortable using a translation app, this is a solid neighborhood option.
