Narimasu Kousei Hospital is a full-service internal medicine hospital in Itabashi’s Sanzono neighborhood — not the flashiest part of Tokyo, but solidly accessible and serving a mostly local residential crowd. This is a proper hospital, not a small clinic, so expect the infrastructure that comes with that: multiple departments, inpatient capacity, and the general organized chaos of a mid-size Japanese medical facility.

Their website has some English content, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume that translates to fluent English-speaking staff at reception or with every doctor. English capability here is probably situational — you might get lucky, or you might be reaching for Google Translate. Come prepared with your symptoms written down in Japanese if you can manage it.
