Morikawa Shikaiin is a neighborhood dental clinic sitting in Sakuradai, a quiet residential pocket of Nerima Ward in northwest Tokyo. It’s the kind of place locals have probably been going to for years — small, familiar, not flashy. They have some English content on their website, which is a decent sign, but whether that translates to actual English-speaking staff at the reception desk or chairside is genuinely unclear.
