Mizumoto-iin is a neighborhood internal medicine clinic in Katsushika’s Mizumoto area — one of Tokyo’s quieter residential corners, far from the expat-heavy central wards. This is a local family doctor setup, not an international clinic. They handle the everyday stuff: colds, blood pressure, diabetes management, general checkups, chronic condition follow-ups. The website has some English-facing content, which is a decent sign, but don’t walk in expecting fluent English-speaking staff across the board. A translation app will probably be your friend here. That said, internal medicine clinics like this often work fine with limited shared language — symptoms, test results, and prescriptions are fairly universal.
