The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign — but “English on the website” doesn’t always translate to smooth English at the front desk. Realistically, you should expect limited English capability in person. That said, Machida is a well-connected area and the clinic appears to serve a broad patient base. If your Japanese is basic or non-existent, bring a translation app or a Japanese-speaking friend for anything beyond a simple appointment. Not the most international-facing clinic in Tokyo, but it covers core women’s health needs in a convenient location.
