Kumegawa Byoin is a mid-sized general hospital run by the Aiyukai medical corporation in Higashi-Murayama, western Tokyo — not exactly central, but well-connected via the Seibu Shinjuku Line. The hospital has some English-language content on its website, which is a decent sign, but don’t take that as a guarantee of fluent English-speaking staff at reception or in consultations. This is a Japanese community hospital serving local residents — English support likely exists at a basic level at best. Bring a translation app, have your symptoms written out in Japanese if possible, and don’t expect a bilingual navigator holding your hand through the process.
