Kukidome Seikeigeka is a small orthopedic clinic on the second floor of a building in Minami-Senju, Arakawa — not the flashiest neighborhood, but well-connected and genuinely local. They handle the usual orthopedic bread and butter: joint pain, back problems, sports injuries, fractures, rehab. The clinic website has some English content, which is a decent sign, but that doesn’t guarantee you’ll get English-speaking staff when you walk in. Realistically, this is a Japanese neighborhood clinic. If your Japanese is minimal, bring a translation app or a Japanese-speaking friend. That said, orthopedics often involves a lot of pointing at body parts and imaging results — so communication barriers are sometimes more manageable here than at, say, an internal medicine clinic trying to take your full history.
