The clinic’s website has some English content, which is a decent sign, but that doesn’t automatically mean the staff can hold a full conversation in English. Expect a typical Japanese local clinic experience: efficient, thorough, and probably not bilingual in any deep way. If you’re coming for a routine checkup or a prescription renewal, a translation app and your insurance card will get you a long way. For anything more complex — post-surgery follow-ups, explaining unusual symptoms — bring a Japanese-speaking friend or use a written translation. The Yutenji area is quiet and residential, so the clinic itself has more of a neighborhood doctor feel than a big hospital vibe. Appointments are recommended.
