It’s run under a medical corporation (Miyazaki-kai), which usually means a more structured, practice-based setup rather than a one-room solo doctor situation.

Internal medicine here means the usual suspects: colds, chronic conditions, blood pressure, diabetes, general checkups. The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume that means you’ll walk in and have a smooth English conversation at reception. The reality for most smaller Ginza clinics is that English capability exists somewhere on a spectrum between “can read your insurance card” and “can explain your diagnosis clearly.” This one sits in uncertain territory — bring a translation app, have your symptoms written down in Japanese if possible, and you’ll be fine for straightforward visits.
