The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume you’ll walk in and have a smooth English conversation at the front desk. The reality is probably somewhere between “they’ll try their best” and “bring a translation app just in case.” Google Translate on your phone or a Japanese-speaking friend will make your visit significantly smoother.
