The clinic has some English on its website, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume that means a fully bilingual experience on the ground. Reception and nursing staff likely speak Japanese primarily. If your child is sick and you’re not confident in Japanese, bring a translation app or a Japanese-speaking friend.
