Imamura Shika is a neighborhood dental clinic tucked into a residential stretch of Nakanobu in Shinagawa. It’s not a flashy city-center practice — it’s the kind of place locals have been going to for years. The website has some English content, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume you’ll walk in and have a fully English-language experience. Bring a translation app or a Japanese-speaking friend if your dental vocabulary isn’t sharp. That said, dentists here tend to be thorough and unhurried compared to bigger chain clinics. Nakanobu Station (Tokyu Ōimachi Line) puts you right in the neighborhood. If you live in southern Shinagawa or commute through that line, this is a genuinely convenient option for routine care, fillings, or cleanings.
