Harasika Dental Clinic sits on the second floor of the Medical Court Takada Building in Higashi-Nakano — a quiet residential stretch of Nakano Ward that’s easy to reach but won’t stress you out the way Shinjuku would. They’re a general dentistry practice covering the usual range: cleanings, fillings, crowns, and routine checkups.

The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign — they’re at least aware that non-Japanese patients exist. But “English on the website” doesn’t automatically mean the front desk will comfortably handle a phone call in English or that forms come in both languages. Realistically, basic communication may be possible, but you should go in with a translation app ready and any dental history written down in Japanese if you can manage it. For straightforward procedures where you can point at a tooth and nod, you’ll probably be fine. For anything complex that requires detailed explanation, bring backup.
