The clinic has some English-language content on its website, which is a decent sign — at minimum someone there thought about non-Japanese patients. But “website has English” doesn’t always mean the front desk can hold a conversation. Realistically, you should expect a mostly Japanese-language environment. A translation app or a Japanese-speaking friend along for your first visit would make things smoother. That said, for routine internal medicine needs — especially if you live in Itabashi or nearby — it’s worth a look. It’s a neighborhood clinic, not an international medical center, and that’s fine for what it is.
