It’s a single-specialty skin clinic — acne, eczema, rashes, moles, cosmetic concerns — the usual dermatology range. The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume you’ll walk in and have a fully English consultation. Reception may have limited English ability. If your Japanese is minimal, bring a translation app or a Japanese-speaking friend, especially for anything beyond a straightforward skin complaint. That said, the neighborhood itself is very livable and expat-familiar, and the clinic’s online presence suggests they’re at least aware that non-Japanese speakers exist. Appointments are available, which helps avoid the worst of clinic wait times. Not a flashy international clinic, but a solid local dermatologist in a convenient location if you’re based in Setagaya or along the Denentoshi Line.
