Futakotamagawa Familyhifuka is a dermatology clinic on the third floor of a building in Tamagawa, Setagaya — right in the heart of the upscale Futako-Tamagawa neighborhood that a lot of expat families end up settling in. They handle the usual dermatology range: acne, eczema, rashes, skin allergies, and general skin checks. The clinic has some English content on their website, which is a decent sign, but don’t walk in expecting a fully bilingual experience. Bring a translation app as backup and have your symptoms written down in Japanese if you can manage it. That said, the Futako-Tamagawa area is expat-comfortable enough that clinics here tend to be used to dealing with non-Japanese patients at least occasionally.
