Fujimori Clinic

Fujimori Clinic is an internal medicine practice run under the Seisen-kai medical corporation in Hachioji, western Tokyo. Hachioji is far out on the Chuo Line, about an hour from Shinjuku. This isn’t a clinic expats stumble across — if you’re here, you probably live nearby.

The website has some English-facing content, which is a decent sign, but that doesn’t guarantee you’ll get English-speaking staff when you walk in. Realistically, this is a Japanese-language-first clinic. If your Japanese is limited, bring a translation app or a bilingual friend. The doctors here are likely thorough and experienced — that’s the nature of community internal medicine practices that survive in residential neighborhoods — but don’t expect a fully English-capable setup.
