Despite “pediatric” being front and center in the English name, the clinic is registered as internal medicine, so it covers adults too. It’s a small neighborhood clinic, the kind that’s been serving the same families for years rather than chasing international patients.
The website has some English content, which is a better sign than nothing, but don’t walk in expecting bilingual staff ready to go. This is very much a Japanese community clinic that happens to have made some effort online. A translation app will help. If your Japanese is zero, call ahead or bring a Japanese-speaking friend for your first visit.
For expats living in Shinagawa or the Oi area, the location is genuinely convenient — no need to trek to Hiroo or Azabu just for a standard checkup. Manageable, local, practical.
