The clinic has some English content on its website, which is a decent sign, but don’t assume you’ll walk in and have a smooth English conversation at the desk. Reality is probably closer to basic English with gestures and a translation app filling the gaps. If your Japanese is minimal, bring a written note describing your symptoms. The location is convenient if you’re in west Tokyo — Takaido Station on the Keio Inokashira Line is close.
