Shimokitazawa itself is walkable, young, and relaxed — and the clinic fits that vibe. They handle the usual skin stuff: acne, eczema, rashes, mole checks, and cosmetic concerns.

The website has some English content, which is a decent sign, but don’t book expecting a fully bilingual experience. Reception is almost certainly Japanese-first. If you can manage basic Japanese or come armed with a translation app and a written note about your symptoms, you’ll be fine. The neighbourhood draws a lot of internationals, so staff here may be more accustomed to non-Japanese patients than your average suburban clinic — but that’s an educated guess, not a guarantee.
