The clinic has some English-language content on its website, which is a decent sign, but don’t walk in expecting a fully bilingual experience. Reception is likely Japanese-only, and the doctor’s English level isn’t confirmed. That said, Jiyugaoka has enough international foot traffic that staff here probably aren’t completely thrown off by foreign patients. Come prepared with a translation app, your health insurance card, and any medication names written down. It’s a neighborhood clinic, not an international medical center — which means shorter waits and a more personal feel than a big hospital, but also fewer hand-holding services for non-Japanese speakers.
